Concrete Anchors
6″ long anchors are available for strictly concrete installation and for any size up to 100’ wide, these types of anchors are recommended to certify a building up to 105 MPH wind load. These anchors cannot be installed in rocky, asphalt or ground soils.
30" Mobile Home Anchors
30″ long anchors are available for strictly ground soil installation and for sizes up to 24’ wide (not available for free span structures), these type of anchors are recommended to certify a building up to 105 MPH wind load. These anchors cannot be installed in rocky or hard pan soils.
48" Mobile Home Anchors
48″ long anchors are available for strictly ground soil installation and for sizes 25’ and wider (triple wide buildings and free span structures), these type of anchors are recommended to certify a building up to 105 MPH wind load. These anchors cannot be installed in rocky or hard pan soils.
Rocky Anchors
30″ long anchors are available for strictly rocky soil installation and for sizes up to 30’ wide (not available for clear span structures), these types of anchors are recommended to certify a building up to 105 MPH wind load. These anchors cannot be installed in asphalt or ground soils.
Asphalt Anchors
18″ long anchors are available for strictly asphalt installation and for sizes up to 30’ wide (not available on clear span structures), these types of anchors are recommended to certify a building up to 105 MPH wind load. These anchors cannot be installed in ground soils.
Ground Supports
Ground supports are highly recommended by the engineer and the manufacturer for structure stability on carports and buildings that are taller than 8’ (open or enclosed). They are made up of 8’ straight tubing, out of this 5’ is attached to the building and 3’ goes into the ground with a 12” wide x 36” deep concrete pier. Any building taller than 8’ without ground supports can potentially become unstable (sway.)
