After you consider the options and order one of our metal buildings, we’ll make arrangements for delivery and install typically 4 - 8 weeks from the date of purchase. When our knowledgeable installers arrive at your property we’ll begin the steps of assembling your new custom metal building on a level piece of your property. We anchor our custom steel buildings to the concrete or ground for extra stability.

Our metal garage buildings can be delivered and installed on your level land in Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, and Utah. Free delivery and install is included on all buildings with a 30' wide or smaller truss. If you choose a 32' or wider truss their will be a delivery charge added to help aid in the transportation of our larger trusses.
We do offer pickup from our manufacturing location in Utah for a savings of 10% off the retail price. We also offer a delivery service and a DIY kit you where you can assemble your custom metal building yourself. We can have these ready to go in about 30 days.
The delivery times for the metal buildings for sale here vary from state to state. Timeline also depends on building permit timelines and ground work being completed. Please ask for a more precise estimated timeframes. We provide all of our customers with approximately one week of notice before the anticipated delivery of our pre-engineered metal building packages.
Most of our small steel buildings are installed in about half a day. Our larger pre-engineered metal buildings for sale should take approximately one to two days to install depending on the size.
The regular-style roof is rounded on the sides with a barn-like shape. This is the most economical option for a metal building roof. The A-Frame Horizontal roof structure with boxed-eave gives you the nice A-Frame look without the panels running vertically on the roof. The metal buildings for sale that are regular style of A-Frame horizontal roof all have 6" overhangs on the front and back of the building . The framework is 1' shorter (Example 21' Roof Length - Frame 20') This will be the same on all Vertical roofs if the gable section is enclosed. The vertical style is also built with an A-frame roof where the roof runs up and down, allowing the rain and snow to slide off with ease. This is highly recommended in areas with a high snow load. Also, there’s bracing attached under a vertical roof to secure the sheeting. This adds strength to the structure. The other benefit to a vertical roof is we are only able to transport 36' long sheets of metal so on longer horizontal roof there are seams on the roof. When doing the vertical roof on a longer building you avoid this. When you look at the boxed-eave and regular roofs, you’ll notice that the sheeting runs horizontally over the length of the roof.

Yes. There are a wide variety of sizes available for our custom metal buildings. They can be 12 feet, 18 feet, 20 feet, 22 feet, or 24 feet wide. The triple metal buildings are built 26 feet, 28 feet, and 30 feet wide. We also have our 40-foot-wide models, which are available in lengths of 32 feet, 34 feet, 36 feet, 38 feet, and 40 feet. The lean-to is available in 36 feet, 42 feet, 44 feet, 46 feet, and 48 feet. The lean-to has 12 feet on both sides. With those models, the lengths start out at 21 feet and get longer in 5-foot increments. The available lengths include 26 feet, 31 feet, 36 feet, 41 feet, 46 feet, 51 feet, 56 feet, 61 feet, 66 feet, 71 feet, 76 feet, 81 feet, 86 feet, 91 feet, 96 feet, and 101 feet and longer. We recommend the vertical roof for any built 35 feet or longer.
Yes. We can make residential metal buildings in a custom size, but we charge the customer the price of the next larger standard size of metal buildings for sale. For example, let’s say you need a 17-foot-wide building and the standard widths are either 12 or 18 feet. We would charge you for an 18-foot-wide building in this case. This same rule applies to length. If you need the length to be 24 feet and the 26-foot-long model is too long, we can make the base 24 feet long, but it will be priced at 26 feet long. As you determine the size you want for your custom metal buildings, please remember that when we say 26 feet long, that includes a 6-inch overhang on the front and back ends, so the exact base is 25 feet long.
All of the widths on the metal garages are the exact base rail dimensions. The length listed for our steel buildings for sale includes a 6-inch overhang on the front and back ends, so if you order a 24' x 26' size, you will want the concrete slab to be 24' 8" feet wide by 25' 8" feet long. We recommend no less than a 4" buffer around to help with our anchor installation process.
